Hey friends! I finally did it — and since you’re in here, you get the full version. 🙌 Inspired by “Super Gut” by Dr. William Davis. WHAT YOU NEED: - 1 quart organic half & half — check the label! Only “organic cream, organic milk,” nothing else - 1 L. reuteri probiotic capsule (I used BioGaia Gastrus — you’ll use the powder inside) - 2 tablespoons prebiotic inulin fiber HOW I MADE IT: 1. Whisk in the capsule powder and 2 tablespoons of inulin until combined, then add 2 tablespoons of half & half until you have a slurry. Then whisk in the remaining half & half until fully dissolved 2. Pour into your yogurt maker containers 3. Set to 100°F and ferment for 36 hours — don’t rush it, slow and steady is the secret 4. Refrigerate immediately 5-6 hours to firm up MY FOODIE FRIDAY BOWL: Topped with raw honey (I mixed mine right in), hemp hearts, cinnamon & fresh blueberries ae The texture honestly made me emotional — thick, creamy, real food made at home. Not a doctor, not making claims — I got curious, did my reading, and tried it. Do your own research and make it yours. Drop a comment if you try it, I want to see YOUR bowls! 🙌 — Brigette
